OnX IPTV ("we", "us", or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of onxiptv.com to do the same. This policy explains how to submit a copyright complaint and how we respond to notices of alleged infringement.

1. Reporting Alleged Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or authorised to act on behalf of one, and believe that material available on or through our website infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated contact (below) that includes:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorised agent;
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail (such as a URL) for us to locate it;
4. Your contact information — name, address, telephone number, and email;
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

2. Our Response

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will review it and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to material within our control and notifying the relevant party. We may also suspend or terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

3. Counter-Notice

If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a written counter-notice to our contact below, including:

1. Your physical or electronic signature;
2. Identification of the material that was removed and its previous location;
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.

4. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate, without refund, the accounts of users who are the subject of repeated valid infringement notices.

5. Misrepresentation

Please note that under applicable law, any person who knowingly makes a material misrepresentation in a copyright notice or counter-notice may be liable for damages.
