This problem can be from multiple reasons.
First of Understand that IPTV can never be at 100%
Its normal for some channels to freeze or lose sounds sometimes, but this should not be happening to all the channels and not all the time. If you noticed issues with any channels you can report them and our tech team will fix the issue immediately if the problem is coming from our end (Report channel here)
If you follow our equipment requirements, you can eliminate the device as the cause in most cases. Most likely its the server slowing down from our end but it will auto correct with time or and our team will get on it , it can be your internet connection slowing down , again only time will fix this problem. We understand this may be a inconvenience to some users and if so maybe IPTV is not for you.
