MY IPTV IS FREEZING/BUFFERING PROBLEM 

This problem can be from multiple reasons. 

First of Understand that IPTV can never be at 100%

Its normal for some channels to freeze or lose sounds, but this should not be happening to all channels and not all the time. If you follow our requirements, you can eliminate the device as the cause. Most likely its the server slowing down from our end but it will auto correct with time or  it can be your internet connection slowing down, again only time will fix this problem. Try troubleshooting also


Troubleshooting

Restart Your box, It can be due to poor bandwidth service. Usually IPTV BOX will Auto -fix it self within seconds. Try changing channel and return back . If you're not using a fire stick make sure your device is plugged in directly to the Ethernet with a cable. Close the app and reopen , the only way to close the app is to hold back button and exit after warning message.
