3. Accounts and Access Credentials

When you subscribe, you receive access credentials tied to your subscription. You agree to:

• Keep your credentials confidential and not share them with third parties;
• Use the Service on the number of devices/screens permitted by your chosen plan;
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

Sharing, reselling, or redistributing your credentials without our written authorisation is prohibited and may result in suspension without refund.

4. Subscriptions, Plans and Payment

Subscription plans, screen limits, durations, and prices are described on the relevant product pages and are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. We may change plans and pricing at any time; changes do not affect subscriptions already paid for during their active term.

5. Service Availability

We work to keep the Service available and stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Availability may be affected by factors outside our control, including your internet connection, device, third-party providers, and maintenance windows.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OnX IPTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, without refund, if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Manitoba, Canada.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
